Foam Wedge / Tilt Back

Hey Folks,
Any of you guys know where I could find a Foam wedge type affair for tilting back a cab.
I seem to remember Barefaced doing something along those lines but can't see anything on the website. I use a gramma pad pretty much 100% of the time but could do with something to get the cab pointing upwards a little.

I think Mark Bass do one, iirc.
