Conan Posted December 3, 2013 Share Posted December 3, 2013 I believe that these are Elixir 45-105s (as I was informed by the previous owner!). They certainly have no silks on, which narrows down the possibilities... They were on a bass that I have recently acquired, but I like fresh strings, so off they came! I know there are folks on here who like their strings to be well worn-in, with none of that zingy nonsense, so here's your chance to get some! All I ask is a fiver, and I'll post them out to you. Note: The G string (oo-er!) seems to have been clipped short. It barely wraps round the machine head on my J bass, so this set would be better suited to a 3+1 or 2+2 bass (or medium/short scale).
