Pulley Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 Hi I've recently picked up a used bass with the bridge and tuners painted black. The paint is starting to flake and underneath looks to be anodised gold.. So is there way way of stripping the paint without harming the gold finish underneath? Thanks guys Quote
Grangur Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 (edited) Nitromores. Then wash it well after it's done it's stuff. Or a heat gun would do the job. If mild heat affects the metal finish it would be very poor hardware. Edited December 3, 2013 by Grangur Quote
