MrMaxEllery
Hi, my name's Max and I'm from Brighton United Kingdom. I have been playing bass for just over a year after picking up for the first time. Since I first played bass I fell in love with everything about it. Aesthetics, tonality, versatility you name it! I play in a Soul/Pop band that has a ska/reggae vibe that is in talks currently with 2 Right Records for a contract. I have played about 2-3 hours of bass a day for the past year and try to learn all the theory I can, from scales and modes all the way to amp and active preamp tones. I want to join these forums as I want to learn all the knowledge I can about bass as well as help out as much as possible. Thanks! If you are interested in the sound of the band I'm in, they are all originals. Horizontalste
You made the right choice, just don't allow basschat time to encroach on your three hours practice as so many of us have in the past.
