[quote name='paul h' post='278952' date='Sep 7 2008, 08:59 AM']The thing is this...

This is the thing...

I don't normally go out in public but I am sorely tempted to show my face with an SX jazz because nobody else seems to be taking one. However if I say I will go I will probably come up with some pathetic excuse not to turn up at the last minute.

Maybe if someone near Hemel Hempstead would pick me up that would give me more incentive not to be a Larry Letdown.

put it in the [topic="26856"]lift share thread[/topic] and hopefully someone'll help!

Should be a good day! Thanks for the suggestion re: a luthier btw, are you going to be Joe's first customer?

Good question.. We're overloaded with SE bash threads as it so but it might be worth people posting here if they've got stuff for sale that they're going to bring to the Bash?

The last bash was fantastic fun! If anyone is unsure whether they should go, don't be. It's a great chance to meet people, try out gear, and have a good laugh.

Speaking of attending, is anyone from Nottingham thinking of going, and coming back the same day? If so would they mind giving me a lift please? :)

put it in the [topic="26856"]lift-share[/topic] thread, I think there are a few northerners coming...

I'm really looking forward to this. Much kudos to the organisers for evolving this from a simple meet-and-greet to what it has become. Hope to be able to thank you on the day.

I think I am going to make the trek and come down to this - I spoke to Bernie Goodfellow last night also and he said that he intends to be there also with some GBs and EBS gear for those interested.

Ditto wit' me' pod :0)

Greets,

As it stands at the moment, I'll be deciding on the day if I can make it - a tad strapped for cash at the moment.

If the bank balance smiles on me, I'll be along & bringing a couple of old Arias and (probably) the 1 x 10/superfly micro rig.

Here's hoping...

Pete.
