anyone got one? angled jack version...

Any reason why it needs to be chunkier than normal Nuetrik angled jack. They are pretty rugged items.

+1, and their ruggedness is going to be mainly limited by the 'jack' part itself, rather than the housing.

The pic I put up is a Nuetric. The don't make them any more. However I have quite a few of them. Mono and TRS

The picture is a Neutrik NP3RCS which was superceded several years ago by the NP3RX. The current mono version is the NP2RX.

However the OP is not wanting a plug, he is asking for a right-angle socket. Right-angle XLRs come in various forms both male and female however I have never ever seen a right-angle cable-mounted jack socket.

OP, why do you need one? To what are you connecting?

seriously though - the cordial cable I use has a neutrik 90 degree jack and it's rock solid.

I have a Planet Wave cable with a big hefty plug. Very good quality. Had it for ages, and it always works. Dropped it a million times, and it hardly even makes a scratch in the paint. If you're looking heavy duty, check out some Planet waves cables. I can PM you a link to my specific model if you like, but I'm sure you are capable of finding the one you want (if you want one).
