When you said it would be your drop D bass, did you mean DADG or DGCF?
I have done both tunings and like them both.

Those Deans are the beans. I actually came >< this close to getting one but the skulls kinda put me off. Odd really coz usually I put skulls on everything but these were cheese. Stick on some domes (I'd go with black but chrome would work too) and you'll be all the way.
