dmccombe7
ELP Fanfare for common man with gtr doing the keys part (effects required) This could make for an interesting challenge. Another option is that someone else takes over the vox for a song ?? Dave
Paul S
Gosh - Into The Arena. Bass playing equivalent of a tongue twister. My old band tried that for a while - I could play it right at 95% speed or get in a muddle at 100%! Did it better than the rhythm guitarist, though. pete.young
We have played Liberty by Steve Vai once or twice, but it might sound a bit thin with only bass and drums behind the guitar.
tauzero
That would need a hammond organ to sound [s]anywhere near right[/s] exactly like the original though.
There, I fixed that for you.

spike
Band round our way used to do "Wipe out " by the Surfaris? used to go down a storm.
Used to do this in a band I was in, great fun to play but it could get a bit frantic if we weren't careful. Also did an instrumental version of Little Wing by Hendrix which went down well enough.
