Bass luithier who knows about 'Slap' style Bass

I have a beat up old bass in need of restoration and I want to have it adapted for slap style .Do you know of anybody who has done this type of work before?To re-inforce the internal parts---re-inforce the neck---new F/B---all in all a complete restoration job.

Is it really really flimsy and wobbly? A normal bass can be slapped forever with no need for special re-inforcements, and any luthier can change a fingerboard and set a bridge for slap given basic instructions on what you need. Now, if you stand on it and do stunts, it may be a different matter...
