Bassclef
Jaw drops ... Someone somewhere must be getting paid to come up with ideas like this. Do you think they cost so much due to the high cost of radioactive material?!

icastle
I missed the price the first time round... £101.12 for a set of strings that glow in the dark? I think I'd rather undergo elective surgery.

[/quote] That's quite some mark-up as Amazon offer them for thirty quid. And that's too much. mxm
Delivery fees seem quite reasonable.
Beer of the Bass
I've seen some eBay business sellers put up outrageous prices when an item is out of stock, so that nobody will buy it. It seems ridiculous, but I think it costs them less in listing fees than if they pull the auction and then re-list later when they have stock. yorks5stringer
[sub]Quite a few sellers do this, presumably when they are out of stock. It keeps the listing in the public eye and gives us ample fodder for ridicule.... double post![/sub] Edited December 26, 2013 by yorks5stringer
