Ebay's Global Postage Programme ?

How does this work, it says I'll pay import duties upfront.

Anyone any experience of this ?

Tried it once, tracked my delivery (a BDDI) all the way to the parcel depot up the road, then they reckoned they couldnt find my address, so I tracked it all the way back to an upset seller in the US.

Fault was with the delivery people this side, so I'd say the system is ok.

if im not mistaken you should avoid it.
google it for details but it seems a bad idea,
you will still end up paying import duties here.
