tauzero Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 Ending an auction on Christmas Eve Making it collection only http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Line-6-pod-xt-/131074873396 Quote
chriswareham Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 Wonder if the seller will experience a flood that destroys the item before the buyer can collect it, then relist an identical item a week later. That's what happened to me when I won an auction for a mixer recently. Sorely tempted to drive to Brighton and see the "destroyed" mixer alongside the other one that had the same distinctive scratch on thee fascia. Quote
yorks5stringer Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 Well the £7.50 collected will not go far to boost the Christmas coffers in that house.... Quote

"Item has been damaged in transit and is no longer saleable", said the seller. The item in question was a hammer... he hasn't relisted it yet but I'm watching him!
