Mykesbass
Is it active, with soapbar pickups and have a five way selector? Could be the 404/5 More recent ones were Chinese built and with the through neck.
herman
Hi mykesbass, yes it has a 9v battery in where the tone, volume pots are, also there is a little black plastic box with 4 small sliders on it, on the box is the name/word KOCH,and just underneath it say's BPA, there are 3 control knobs on the bass, volume, tone and pickups? The pickups are not soapbar size, more like the width of jazz bass pickups, there is a toggle switch also, could it be for active/passive? Quite a difference in volume between each position of toggle switch. Many thanks, herman.
herman
Had a look on aria website, the headstock is the same as the IGB integra basses, and the basses that aria are showing have 2 soapbar pickups, and also 1 pickup versions and completely different volume/tone controls!! Thanks herman.
Mykesbass
Not the one I thought it was going to be then but as soon as you can post pics I may be able to help - was an Aria dealer 10 years ago and had one of their basses from that period.
