Ampeg B-15 or V4B rental near Cardiff?

Hi there, low-end friends. I'm in Boston (USA) and I'll be in Cardiff in a couple weeks for a recording session and looking for a small tube amp to rent. I've tried the backline places in the area, but with no luck. Any ideas?

I'm usually on Talkbass, but I'm looking forward to poking aorund on this site.

Have you tried Harris hire in London? I know it's not particularly close but he might be able to help.

I have a one, but i'm in Yorkshire, thats about a 5 hour drive each way so London would possibly be closer.

The rehearsal rooms that my band uses (in Cardiff) operates a hire service. I don't know if they have the amp you're looking for, but you might be able to get something similar. It might be worth an email?

I've actually used that one from Harris before, when I did a session at Abbey Road (I try to insert my one session at Abbey Road at every conversational opportunity). MusicBox does not have one, I'm afraid. They have a couple of old Fender bassmans, though, so that's not too bad. But did I ever mention that I recorded at Abbey Road once?
