Genz benz connecting to cabs

I have a genz 900 streamliner and have recently bought a berg 2x10 and a 1x12, so 750 watts between both. My question the genz has two speakon outputs, should I be using separate leads from the head to each cab or one lead from head to the 2x10, then from the 2x10 to the 1x12? Or does it matter.

Either way, makes no difference

I sometimes connect to two too & use the 2 outs from the amp, but like gary mac says, it makes no difference.
