CamdenRob Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Whats the deal with the headstock? the strings seem to go to odd tuners... wouldn't the B string be tightened a different way to the others? Must try a Fodera one day though... see what all the fuss is about. GLWTS

Mikkel-S Posted January 27, 2014 Posted January 27, 2014 If it wasn't for my custom Fodera which is nearly completed I would be all over this.. I guess you wouldn't have interest in an Amazing Fender custom shop Jazz-Bass 62' in Seafoam Green. Relic.
comno Posted January 27, 2014 Author Posted January 27, 2014 thanks for interest, only trade for 5 strings basses. Fred
Roland Rock Posted February 1, 2014 Posted February 1, 2014
Whats the deal with the headstock? the strings seem to go to odd tuners... wouldn't the B string be tightened a different way to the others?
This is the "Extended B" headstock, which Fodera like to use for their 33" five strings. The theory is that it improves compliance (feeling of tightness, not to be confused with tension).
comno Posted February 1, 2014 Author Posted February 1, 2014 Thanks Roland Rock for the comment and sorry camdenRob i didn't see your question.
