eevespete
Hi everyone, New to the forum here - I thought I'd share my main squeeze to break the proverbial ice. I'm in band with one of the guys on here although I have no idea what his alias is so should probably find that out. Hope you dig it. MikanHannille
I'm not usually into this kind of basses but that wood combination is really something.
eevespete
Hey cheers, It's a walnut body, padouk and European poplar burl top.. Neck is three piece maple with an ebony board and padouk binding. They seem to compliment each other really well! Glad you like it!
Marsy
Hey Pete, Here I am.. = ) I didn't think this bass was my cup of tea either, until I saw it in the flesh!
discreet
Very unusual bass! Welcome to the forum.
eevespete
Cheers guys.. It's great in the flesh, really comfortable to play! Should probably have mentioned that it's tuned e-c with a 33" scale and 16.5mm spacing. I have big hands too and it's mega comfy.
Bass-Driver
Beautiful! I happen to know Piotr Zakrzewski personally (I used to work for him when he ran a bass-oriented store called "Bassment") and he's a very cool, helpful and honest guy. The basses he makes (with his accomplice Brunon) are top-notch!
