Alan44 Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 I was searching the web for used music stuff and i ended up at a cool new site called euromusix. Anyone knows a bass manufactor called "Bell & Head"? http://www.euromusix...d-headless-bass It´s a headless bass and it looks pretty cool. Anyone knows this bass model - how does it sound? Thanks Alan Quote
Bassassin Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 There were quite a few of these floating round Ebay 5 or so years ago. I like headless basses & looked into these because they do look good. The unintentionally hilariously named Bell & Head are, I think a German brand, and these basses were a lot cheaper new - closer to the €200 mark. From the prices I assume they were Chinese or Taiwanese - made. I never got around to getting hold of one, and now do wish I had - I'd forgotten what great-looking basses they were. Jon. Quote

electriccheese Posted January 7, 2014 Posted January 7, 2014 I bought one of these some years ago from ebay. I think I paid 250€ for it new, but I don't remember exactly. It sounded ok for the price, and the pickups and harware were very cheap but functional. The worst thing was the wood, was not dried or was very soft, the screws couldn't be tightened... Quote
