I stumbled across the site and came across a Warwick Star Bass II (list price over 4000 Euros) available for £856:

Too good to be true? Maybe, as a quick google search revealed this:

What do people think? This is a silly deal for a very expensive Warwick. The Specs also suggest it is a 2013 model, which in itself is a little suspicious as I cannot imagine Warwick send many top-end basses to Indonesia (I don't think they send any here at all!). I assume it is too good to be true, but thought it worth posting to see what people thought.

I know that Thomann were selling off the Warwick pro series MiK Star basses for around that sort of money earlier in the year.
This however, looks like the full on German model. I think you're right to be very cautious.

They didn't do the Bubinga wood in the Pro Series so it is 100% being advertised as a German one, and it is silly cheap for what it is. Wish I knew someone in Indonesia...
