Skol303
Hey Ambient. I'm not a my 'puter to have a proper rummage, but you could try here for samples (ie. recordings of real violinists): http://www.freesound.org
lowdown
Ambient, I am not sure if you have Kontakt, but if you have, I posted a link here (Freebie)... Not a bad true Legato. (only goes up to D4 I think). http://basschat.co.u...t-version-only/ Unfortunately to get good realistic playable Legato patches, you do have to pay. Spitfire Audio, Vienna, Symphobia, Hollywood, etc - But they do sound pretty impressive. 8Dio do some amazing stuff. http://8dio.com/ As do Cinesamples as well. http://cinesamples.com/ Cinestrings. http://cinesamples.c...ts/cinestrings/ And of course LASS. (Check out the second demo for Legato - Amazing, including the velocity controlled slurs) http://audiobro.com/...udio-tutorials/ Warning..!! after listening to this stuff you will be reaching for your debit/credit card....
