stef030 Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 (edited) I remember going to clouds disco in edinburgh in the 70s to see all on the same bill xray specs the jam souxie and the banshees dammed as a non punk it was to say the least interesting, the jam were really good midge ure at the time played in a covers band called salvation, they were very good,that band went on to become slick,for him the rest is history went to see a band called mott the hoople they were supported by queen who had just released seven seas of rye both were fantastic, went to my first festival at loch lomond bear park awb,gillan ,stranglers ect ect and all the naughty things that happen at these events, for me the 70s were wonderfull the 80s were better cheers stef Edited January 17, 2014 by stef030 Quote
