HansonFerrari Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Just wondering which you guys would throw your cash at I've been back and forth considering Jazz and Precisions, I know for sure now that I want a P. Ive read great things about Laklands elsewhere, Just want to see what BassChat has to say Just had an offer for a Lakky at £570 is that a good price for one of these? Quote
Lozz196 Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Not played one myself but am yet to read anything bad about Lakkys. Ideally try before you buy but at that price you`ll easily be able to shift it along on here if for some reason you don`t like it. Quote

White Cloud Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Have owned both and there was no comparison....Lakland all day every day! Quote
HansonFerrari Posted January 13, 2014 Author Posted January 13, 2014 Awesome, Thanks for the replies guys! Quote
bumnote Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Another vote for lakland, I have a Bob, a Jerry Scheff both Skyline and a Jo Osbourne USA and they are great basses. Quote
cocco Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I have a skyline Bob Glaub, best p I've ever owned, I've had japs, mexis, Americans, and a 78. Glaub beats all hands down Quote
davebass66 Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 +1 to that! I have a 5 string glaub (the LOG version with nordy pups) best 5 string I've owned (and I've been through a lot)! It's just simple with a great tone and feel to the neck. Also excellent B string... Quote
