Roland Rock Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 I'd imagine that if it were raining or snowing, then all you would see is cloud! My guess is that initial satellite images would have had lots of annoying cloud, but over time with more pictures taken, they add uncloudy images when they get them.
