fumps Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 (edited) HI Guys I have a Stagg EUB in black with gig bag for sale. This is a much beloved upright Bass that will be sorely missed from my house. But financial crisis has led me to this decision. Condition wise it's in great order & has had the basic upgrades to sort out the issues that the EUB comes with straight out of the box, this was done by our very own Artisan* who I got this off. In my hands it's never gigged, just played lovingly in my living room and the put back into the gig bag. I always take great care of the kit I have so has never been mishandled. I will be posting pictures later today if someone is interested. This is a bulky beast of a EUB so I'm really not keen on posting this or sending by carrier. only local uplift or meeting face to face with it I'm sorry to say. Cheers for reading my add, have a good day Edited January 19, 2014 by fumps
artisan Posted January 17, 2014 Posted January 17, 2014 Sorry to see you having to sell this Gav You know i'm half tempted to buy it back off you.
fumps Posted January 17, 2014 Author Posted January 17, 2014 Lol I know mate, its one of them things I want a good home for. Gutted to be honest
fumps Posted January 18, 2014 Author Posted January 18, 2014 Pictures added.....I know they are not the best but it's a bit of a bugger to take a pic of as it's massive & my other half was not keen to hold it (Fnar fnar) as she wasnt wearing make up lol
Thurbs Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Hi, a few questions if I may. What is the action like? Are there any buzzes on the fret board anywhere? I have seen some eubs come with rests to simulate the normal DB posture, did this model have them?
yorks5stringer Posted January 19, 2014 Posted January 19, 2014 Staggs are supplied with two thick wire rests which plug into body on either side just above the cushion on the settee( in the photo)!
fumps Posted January 19, 2014 Author Posted January 19, 2014 Sold now guys. With a lump in my throat I handed Daisy Vader over to mr Davedave & she went to live on a farm in Hull. I will really miss this great price of kit. Thanks for the interest guys
