Jellyfish
But neither does quality I suppose! Some new great looking basses from ESP this year, but at a fairly high cost. The one below will set you back just under $4,000... But you I think it's one of the coolest basses I've ever seen. I've heard some great things about ESP basses but I've never been fortunate to see any in shops before. Do they awesome looks justify the price? It's a standard EMG 35P+J pickup so chances are that you'll have heard something similar before. Graham
I rather like that, has a Gibson look about it. For that money though, I'd just get Jon Shuker or someone to make me one that looked like it, with my choice of electronics and neck profile, for I'd imagine a fair bit less money ($4k is about £2.5k at today's exchange rate)
GreeneKing
I see from your link that even ESP sell them discounted for under $2,000. Not so keen on the headstock myself. And bolt on? Neck through would be more in keeping
Scott S
Hmmmmm.....it's reminding me of Dali's "Persistence of Memory" painting. If I had $4000 to spend on a bass, or $4,000,000 to spend on a painting, it wouldn't go on either of them!
