I got this a week ago and she is great! A bit slimmer with a jazz neck which feels awesome! Amazing how he can make those basses for so little money!

I sent Mark an email with some questions today. I totally see myself getting a jazz and a precision from him, one of them rather soon (it should be the P, as I have a good Jazz, but Jazzes excite me more, and I have some exciting ideas regarding the built).

Next time I would like to add this

Maybe with a matching headstock 😉

I'm thinking of getting mine in LPB with matching stock and a tort guard! Based off a 62 P of course! ;)

I did see that, I'm more of a Sonic Blue or Olympic White kinda guy myself... possibly even Surf Green if he can do any color.

Well... look what I just got:

I had no intention whatsoever of buying a Jazz, but I went to see someone about a Precision today and they also had this. I just couldn't resist it...

Nice one! Saw this had gone on Facebook and wondered if you'd taken it for yourself. It looks stunning (hopefully my precision will be as nice when it's done!). Enjoy! (Sound clips?)

The more I look at this thread the harder it becomes to not get the credit card out and order the 62 P bass I want in Lake Placid Blue RW and Tort guard with chrome hardware...

Haha I'd max it out after having bought a new car last month, and for now that's not a good idea aha, think my parents are gonna buy it for me as a 21st birthday present along with the rest of the family. But certain I want a lake placid blue with tort guard and chrome hardware and a RW board all very lightly relic'd!

Fortunately Mark doesn't accept credit card, otherwise I'd have that burgundy mist jazz bass in my mitts right now, and be paying it off! ;-)...When he's back from hols he's hopefully going to start work on one of these for me http://www.frettedamericana.com/product/1966-fender-jazz-bass-2 :-)

I do believe he is back from Holiday now, but I agree with that Burgundy mist jazz, I'd love to have it, even if I dislike Jazz's!

Looking the shade of the LPB from that 66, it's utterly gorgeous!

He's back on the 23rd and is despatching my YOB Jazz on the 24th. I hope. ;)

Ah that's fair enough, bet you can't wait! My 21st can't come soon enough now! Providing the sound clips and reviews from people continue to be extremely positive!
