Bo0tsy
Warwick already has a custom shop version out (which I think retails for about £12k!!). Warwick has just announced details of the first 'affordable' version (made in China, although no sight of what this will sell for yet). It's apparently available from July 2014. http://www.warwick.d...--Pictures.html What's everyone think? I suspect this might be a love it or hate it bass!
deanovw
There is only one bass player in the world that can look good with this bass and it aint me. I do like it though
discreet
Suppose I'm in the 'hate it' camp, but I do find it amusing. Wouldn't buy it though. Unless I was tripping. Edited January 23, 2014 by discreet

winterfire666
anyone paying £12k for a warwick is just insane.
Johnm93
12K for any instrument is pretty insane.
BigRedX
I'm sure it's far more playable than his last signature bass made by Traben, but it doesn't look anywhere near as pretty.
bubinga5
really can't see who this sort of instrument is aimed at.? £12000.00 for a very uniquely designed bass, that was inspired by a very uniquely flamboyant bassist. the only people i can see who would buy it, are collectors. maybe I'm wrong. I can get why Warwick price there stuff so high though. If Fodera can get away with it. i gotta say though the custom shop stuff Warwick are coming out with, are frickin amazing. very clever creative stuff. some of the Streamers are just incredibly cool. http://www.warwick.de/en/Warwick---Custom-Shop--Gallery.html Edited January 23, 2014 by bubinga5

Grangur
It's great. I just wish I could have one without feeling stoopid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=id1qFBYyuj0
thisnameistaken
I think it's a neat bass, for Bootsy Collins, clearly not for anybody else. I imagine it's a brilliant bit of kit too.

yorks5stringer
When I tell people I have a Warwick Star Bass ( I often just go up to total strangers in Tesco, as you do..) they think it's one of these. I twigged when someone said ," it must be difficult to play sitting down!"
