solo4652
I've been looking for a Yamaha BB1200 for a while now, and I've spotted this for under £200: http://reverb.com/item/61414-yamaha-bb1200-electric-bass-guitar Obvious problems are wrong tuners and a clumsy looking repair around the jack socket. Both easy fixes?? Too much of a gamble? Steve
Thunderbird
I would not especially as it is from abroad and you will get nabbed for duties might as well by one here I don't have a clue what they go for S/H though
RhysP
Looks pretty beaten up, and you'd have to pay an extra 23% on top of what you pay for the bass & shipping to get it into the country. I've seen really nice examples of these basses go for not much more than you'd end up paying for this - if it was me I'd pass on this one & wait for something better to turn up in the UK. LukeFRC
I wouldn't good basses though.
LeftyJ
The pickups appear to be replacements too? They don't even use the screwholes in the original mounting rings, so they must be mounted directly to the body wood. Great and beautiful basses, but this one... I don't know. I think I'm with RhysP on this one.
solo4652
Thanks everybody. That's a definite "No", then. Let me know if you have one lying about doing nothing, please. Steve Edited January 24, 2014 by solo4652
dannybuoy
I reckon you should just buy my BB415 instead, and if you don't like 5 string basses, I can take one of the strings off for you.

Not sure I want to sell it though
