ceilidhswinger
Hi, I recently bought myself a couple of Crown GLM 100 mikes which I thought I would put one on my DB and one on my acoustic guitar but it turns out that they need to be powered by another unit for example The Fishman acoustic blender! Is there any other possible way to power up those bad boys as I can't afford to buy The Fishman which by the way is discontinued. Have tried them thru phantom power units but no joy!
gelfin
This may help. http://www.crownaudio.com/media/pdf/legacy/136453_glm100-200-100e.pdf Operating Voltage: GLM-100 and GLM-200: Phantom power, 12 to 48 volts DC, positive voltage on pins 2 and 3 with respect to pin 1 of output connector. GLM-100E: Unipolar powering is +1.1 to 20 VDC on red lead relative to shield. White lead is audio. Bipolar powering is + voltage on red lead and – voltage on white lead relative to shield.
