Bi-amp, modular amp with two inputs/stereo, lightweight £350

Due to lack of use I'd like to let go this amp: excellent conditions Peavey lightweight power amp (class D, about 3kg) and Parsek / Markbass K1P preamp. It's got biamp (with adjustable crossover), parametric eq. and 2 inputs you can mix so it basically does everything (it's solid-state, sounds very nice and clean).
You can use both channels of the amp to drive a biamp cab (or two cabs, one for the lows and one for the highs) or use just one channel with power to spare. The whole thing probably weight 6kg or so and lives in an ABS flight case, pretty easy to move. The preamp looks bad but works perfectly, it's probably 20 years old (before Markbass switched to the actual name).
