I took out my COG Custom "Octagrit" and a Tarkin for a spin yesterday at Brighton Electric...

I had been ages since I had played the Octagrit through a large cab and Oh My Dog! It sounded huge.
I got the octave side sounding pretty much like a synth and I loved it.

Also, the Tarkin's mid switch is great as it gave me some foccus and I could cut through the mix easier.

Great stuff from Tom as always.

I love it Gaz.

The delay is just instantly great, all the control you could need really. The Chorus has taken some playing around with, it sounded great strait out the box but there is so much control and so many things to tweak that i'm only really getting to know it now. But its pretty much impossible to make it sound bad.

Attention - a box went missing during my recent home move, including this COG pedal, plus an oc2, bass bb preamp and possibly a couple others, need to check my guitar cases. Please keep your eyes peeled in the south west / Bristol :(

Thanks for the T-16 love :) I'm really really proud of this one, simply cos I don't know if anyone else has done an analogue octave that small before! Personally I think it's just the best thing since sliced bread, but I may be a tad biased so lets wait and see how it stands the test of time! I'm going to try and get some more videos sorted, including one from Andy and hopefully Si too if he's game, but if anyone has any questions feel free to add them on here and I'll get back to you ASAP :)

T-16 looks very interesting!
Expensive though, me thinks.
I'd still like one...eventually.
Is this an oc2 based pedal?
The filter is just a top end roll off or does it do some more 'interesting' stuff?
Does it maybe add some 'grrrrrrrrrr'?
That'd be nice.

much more than a high end roll of! ;-) but ill let tom explain it as he do a better job! but can go from clean to almost synth!
