timbo1978
I just bought this kindle book by John Patitucci, which claims to present arpeggios in a more engaging way than John has experience in using bass guides . Anyone else used it, any good?
Rabbie
Nope but I would be very interested in your thoughts about it in case it's a good thing to buy.
skej21
If it's half as good as '60 melodic eludes' it'll be worth every penny! Edited February 9, 2014 by skej21
sarah thomas
I bought it but haven't used it because the print is much too small to be of any use. If anyone has found a solution to this, I'd love to hear it. Cheers!
Bilbo
Download the Kindle software to your laptop or PC (it is free on Amazon.co.uk). The bigger screen will allow you to view the material better (this is a problem with any book containing staff notation. The images are generally of the kind that doesn't expand when you increase the text size).
sarah thomas
Thanks Rob. You're a gent.
sarah thomas
And if you are, or know someone who is good with Excel, the notation can be copied into a spreadsheet, cropped and printed off to sit on the music stand like a normal piece of music for normal people.
