Mikeg Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Recently I started playing bass again after a bit of a break, (playing a but more guitar and trying to get into uni) and when I did I started getting pain in the tendony bits of my wrist below the palm. It gets worse the longer I play, so I've had to switch to playing with a pick. Anyone has this? Thanks Quote
Grangur Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 (edited) It's probably due to a bad angle in your wrist. Take a look at these 2 vids Thanks for posting this. I've just found I have the problem Dave Marks describes - tingles in the arm in the morning. Edited February 9, 2014 by Grangur Quote
The Funk Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 I had this problem a few years ago. You want your wrists as straight as possible - even if that means sticking your elbows out at seemingly unnatural angles. Quote
