I ordered a certain pedal ( ) last night, forgot to use my loyalty points - thought bugger it, I'll try and get the cash back today. Emailed the guys and got a response within about 2 minutes saying it was no problem and I'd be refunded the points value asap. I know it's not much - but the speed and the fact they're willing to do this is great It's the little things that count! Very pleased Quote

lojo Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 I spent ages trying some gear out in Andertons, only to decide not to purchase any of it, I then brought a few bits and bobs, and the guy thought I was only doing it because I felt obliged, perhaps I was a little, but I did need to purchase the sundry items, however what a great non pressure approach. I have brought Markbass gear and a new bass from them before, but the sales guy didn't know that. Quote
