Early 1989 Tobias Classic 6, made before the Gibson buyout, all original down to the strapholders.
Goncalo Alves on Walnut
Birdseye Maple neck with Purpleheart stringers
Pau Ferro fretboard
Original Bartolini pickups and preamp
Great condition, normal wear from being played for 25 years. Frets have plenty of life.
Some white spots under clear coat, assumedly from moisture, which has been seen before on instruments built before the Gibson buyout money gave way to a new spray booth.
Neck is perfectly straight, very low action. Double truss works fine.

I just had myself a similar 6er bit older with a passive tone control aswell but boy this one is stunning!
Hope you know what your doing these are such nice and sought after basses;)

I can answer that 17mm at the bride 8,5mm at the nut... Its close spacing, but very comfortable once used to...
