Faulty Rode NT1-A - Can it be repaired?

Sorry, I know the basic questions are annoying. So it's definitely a problem at the mic end as you've ruled out the pre-amp, phantom power, and cables. However, your techy guy says the mic is fine

I guess temperature/humidity will have an effect on the diaphragm, but nothing significant. I have the same mic and it never cuts in and out, no matter what the weather.

I guess you can try a different techy, or skip it
