bertbass
Don't know a lot about Kam, but we've been using a pair of these, http://www.thomann.de/gb/the_tamp_d4500.htm and I'm more than happy with them.
Delberthot
My old band used a 2u Kam power amp to power the pa tops and a 3u Carlsbro one for the subs for about 14 years. We then "upgraded" them to 2 Crown 602XLS and one of them blew up after 2 years. One of the channels stopped working on the other one shortly after that
Maude
I used a stereo KAM graphic eq for a long time when I had my bi-amped rig, left for lows, right for highs. I only paid a tenner for it but was fantastic, very clean and great features. Still going strong but just don't use it. Weren't they Tandys own brand or something? fonzoooroo
It's mainly a "budget" DJ gear brand - they were really big in the '90s with belt drive turntable/mixer DJ packages. Saying that, I've had no experience whatsoever of them, but if I were in the market, I'd go for their kit over Chinese brands that I've never heard of, even if only because they've been about for a fair while! Bigjas
I'm using a 2u KAM power amp to power our monitors. Never had a problem in the last year and a half. I bought it second hand. Does everything we need from it. Jas
