BT installing Superfast BB everywhere they can, though they're only supposed to have folk down for a max of 4 hrs at a time, so maybe you were just unlucky. You mean a mate of mine who pays £60 a month for his business BB & was told it was going up after the upgrade to £98 has no reason to be hacked off?? It's a thought!
