itsmedunc
If you look in his feedback, most of the places he has bought from are guitar parts outlets...
itsmedunc
And he hasn't actually sold anything before. Nice shiny tuners though!
gjones
Yes, that's a Mexican or Mighty Mite neck, an unoriginal scratchplate, Jazz Bass ashtrays. That means that the only part of the bass that might be from 69 is the body. And that looks like it's been stripped at some point. I think a £1,600 starting price is a teeny bit optimistic. Beer of the Bass
The body looks like some kind of mahogany relative. The grain looks wrong for alder in these pictures. So that leaves the neckplate and perhaps the pickup... Edited February 26, 2014 by Beer of the Bass
itsmedunc
Its the same guy who was selling the twin neck basses. Which also seem to have disappeared? Which have now reappeared! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/doug-wilkes-flying-v-twin-neck-bass-/281274355567?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item417d420f6f Edited February 26, 2014 by itsmedunc
