Bajista Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Nice... Would you take £500? And I'll come and pick it up.
AndyTravis Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Eeeeeeeeh. I wish. I'll be shot by my wife if I buy another status. 2 in the last month. This is similar enough to my kingbass for her not to notice right? (Really wouldn't get away with it...) Glwts. Ace looking thing.
timhiggins Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 I have the 4 string version of this, and it has the best quality ,and most playable neck i've come across ,great bass!
Scooby Posted March 5, 2014 Author Posted March 5, 2014
Hi I have a lakland dj5 to trade
Thanks, but not looking for another 5 string. Might be persuaded by a good 4 string though
Scooby Posted March 6, 2014 Author Posted March 6, 2014
Beautiful bass - someone must snap this up
Thanks. It is a beautiful bass and sounds just as good as it looks.
Keith247 Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014
On the principle of last in first out, I'm putting my Status Energy Artist 5 up for sale. I've attached a picture of the original advertising brochure, which gives you all the details. However, I have to say this bass is superb. The Hyperactive pups are just that! Such a range of tones and very easy to tweak your sound using the volume, balance or treble cut/boost control. The bass has been used almost exclusively for recording. As a result the condition for a mid-'90's bass is virtually pristine. The book-matched birdseye maple is stunning, the maple neck is gorgeous to play being very slim for a 5 string and the balance for a bass nearing 10lb is brilliant. It has recently been serviced, set-up and a new set of strings (45-125). The bass comes with a Status branded Hiscox hard case, which is also in superb condition. The scale is 34", top nut width is 48mm and string spacing is 17mm at the bridge. I'm looking for £525, which includes the hard case.
Keith247 Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Hi Will gladly give £525.. Depends where you are though? I'm in Lancashire. K

Keith247 Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 What's the best way to pay. I can possibly collect. Is there an easier way to communicate rather than on public pages? TC K
