Clarky
I really like these strings on my 3/4 DB and bought a set to try on my Kolstein Busetto travel bass. They were on the bass for a couple of weeks only and only had a few hours home use, basically they are in 99% condition. Reason for selling? Barrie Kolstein sent me a new set of Kolstein Heritage strings for my bass as a gesture since the ones that were on the bass when I bought it had a fault. Well the Heritage strings suit the bass better than the deeper/darker sounding Blues and so I am moving the latter on. These are £130-odd from Thomann so £85 posted is a barg - they look immaculate (none of the common tarnishing of the copper windings you get on used Velvet strings) and are very, very lightly used indeed Thomann link: http://www.thomann.d...ass_strings.htm Edited March 3, 2014 by Clarky
