stingraybassman
Don't know if anyone has seen this. Session at Abbey Road. I'm not really a big fan of his, but this is pretty spectacular. geoffbyrne
Used to go into his grandfaither's cafe in Paisley back in the 60's...... G.
charic
Not bad at all (and not my usual cup of tea either )
HowieBass
Great stuff. If more people made music, there'd be fewer to make war...

dannybuoy
Very good. Guild Starfire in case anyone was wondering! http://www.guildguitars.com/en-GB/instruments/details/?partno=3792400866
stingraybassman
Cheers danny, is that a darkstar on it? Hollowbody GAS commences.
dannybuoy
Sort of... the Darkstars were inspired by the original Bi-Sonics that came with these very basses. That's probably the new reissue Starfire bass that came out last year, I don't know if the Bi-Sonics they come with sound the same as the old ones. Bound to be plenty of discussion on the subject elsewhere!
geoham
Really like his stuff. Practised in the rehearsal room next door to him for two weeks on the trot, then couldn't get tickets to his gig at The Barrowlands....typical!
chaypup
I'm in a band with that brass section!

gjones
Good old (young) Paolo. From the release of his first single I was sure there was loads more classics to come from him. The snippets I've heard from his new album sound great.
gjones
In fact, he's such a great singer and songwriter with such obvious Motown influences, it would have been great if the old Motown 'Funk Brothers' houseband could have got their hands on some of his stuff. That would have been amazing to hear. But sadly, most of them are pushing up daisies now.
