Can you play bass guitar through that!?
Yea you can, I've been a bit cautious with it though as I didn't want to hurt the speakers especially at first but now it seems I can play bass through it fine. Playing guitar through it has always been fine and sounds really good.

It really is loud for such a small amp!

Thanks mark! I'm thinking of getting something like this but I afraid it will epithet not be loud enough or the bass guitar would simply blow out the cone. I will see if I can find and videos online where a bass is being played through it.

Just trying to work out how to post a recording I've done, it's an MP3 but comes up as some weird file type when I attach it on here. I've tried using soundcloud but I put my login details in, then it asks for them again with that silly capcha thing then it doesn't do anything.

I always have the bass volume on max and for those I think the volume was on 4-5, I haven't really taken it passed there as that's loud enough for just playing at home.

The battery compartment on mine rattles when it's up really loud, so I've just taken it off. Just checked and with the gain on 0 I can have the volume on around 6-7 and it's fine but much passed that and the speakers start getting a little bit farty, but that's not that loud.

With a guitar you can get it a lot louder and there's no farty noises when in clean, obviously with the gain up it distorts.

But as a little amp just to play around at home it is great, I mainly use it to record guitar but also play my bass through it quite often too.

I'll get some recording of my guitar as well so you can hear what it's like, I don't use the tone knob on the amp, I find that at 12 o'clock is where it sounds best.

Can you split the head from the cab? I wouldn't want to have to cart that whole rig about in one go!
Maybe a lightweight neo cab would be the best option. That looks like a beast. You'd need a special truck to shift that in and out of pubs.

Sadly the amp and cab are stuck together so it makes it that little bit harder to carry......... :D

Here's some more samples

This one the Rhythm guitar has the gain on 8 and the Lead guitar is on 5

This one is in clean, rhythm is bridge pup and lead is neck pup

Interesting... but it's a little bit mid-forward, I'd say... ;)
