Annoying Twit Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 This is what it's starting to feel like sometimes. Quote
Annoying Twit Posted March 11, 2014 Author Posted March 11, 2014 (edited) No link, just an expression of boredom of seeing yet another damaged G4M acoustic bass on ebay. With the number of them posted, and with other models not turning up at anything like that frequency, I feel that there must be some reason for this number of wrecked basses. If you want some wood, have a look at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Wal-Type-Bass-/291099428493?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item43c6e0c68d]this. Edited March 11, 2014 by Annoying Twit Quote

Happy Jack Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 It's just the difference between a bass that's been relic'd and one that's been rollocked. Quote
itsmedunc Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 I got a Squier vi from there last week. It arrives packaged quite well. It was in the original Squier box and then put inside a box of colossal proportions. I cant weigh them up. Perhaps the recipients might have something to to with the damage? Quote

madshadows Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 It is amazing how many damaged basses G4M put on Ebay I think they must be damaged in transit to them when the boxes are stacked on each other whilst in those big container jobbies ! John Quote
Woodinblack Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 I picked up a broken valve amp off them the other day, one of their subzero ones. It is amazing how many broken guitars / basses they have. If I was them I would seriously look into new packaging (although the amp was well packed, as was the gibson I bought from them) Quote

Annoying Twit Posted March 23, 2014 Author Posted March 23, 2014 (edited) A bass listing on ebay, or performance art? You decide.
