just spotted this,very strange & also more expensive than we actually sell it for too
i wonder who the seller is.

that's happened to us too,hopefully it's somebody who's bought it and is selling it on (after ripping it to their hard drive), and not someone who we gave a promo too

IME they are almost invariably copies that were sent out as promos. Pretty much all my commercially released recorded output has appeared for sale on eBay at some point no matter how obscure or limited the items was.

These days all the Terrortones promo copies are clearly and unremovably marked as such.

There is always a few people we send CD's for review etc that either sell on or at worst upload on some dodgy torrent site. We found our EP on a free download site, it had loads of comments on it too, most saying 'not bad, but i wouldnt pay for it'!!

I wanted to send a copy of an old bands album to a mate, I didnt have one spare so I thought I'd pick one up from amazon for 50p, typically at that time the only damn hard copy I could find was a signed one that was on eBay with bids about £25.

I decided not to bother.

A copy of my old band's 12" single went for NZ$450 on New Zealand's version of eBay a few years ago. Madness, especially as I don't have enough copies to give one to each of my kids.
