Sadowsky onboard preamp

Can any of my learned colleagues advise whether the onboard Sadowsky preamp will fit a bass without a metal bellplate, i.e. are the pot threads long enough to go through a drilled holes in the bass body?

I have a new never fitted Sadowsky pre-amp. I've just checked and the pot threads are all 3/8-inch.

Great thanks for the info. I make that about 9.5mm so might just be enough.
