Dimarzio model J's, actually they are split coils mounting in a jazz pickup case, so each one is hum cancelling on their own, very silent and sound fantastic too.
my favourite pickup.

comes with screws and some mounting springs, lots of wire left, the black and white are soldered together so the red and green are positive and negative.
