JazzBassfreak Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 Nice! I'm really quite taken aback about how much this looks like my Metro. Literally identical apart from the flame board and EMG's, if I was to go NYC it'd have to have satin black hardware and some sort of quilt/flame top. GLWTS!
Kingbassist Posted July 3, 2014 Author Posted July 3, 2014 Yeah, I went for a pretty standard look.. I guess the extras you get with a NYC bass are more 'under the skin'.. The Graphite rods in the neck, the chambered body and the thicker wood for the headstock...

[/quote] looks can be deceptive as beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The nyc chambered body is the game changer here. Decreased weight and sweeter resonence ime. Bump for a cracking sadosky and really good value at this price.
