lemmywinks
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Custom-Relicd-P-Bass-Guitar-/121296197541?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item1c3dd117a5 Totally realistic, can't decide whether the seller thinks musicians routinely put cigarettes out on their scratchplates or he simply ran out of toilet paper. Either way, the results are both harrowing and entertaining. Also can't figure out why he painted the back of the headstock but left the neck, maybe there wasn't any more Dulux Marine Splash emulsion in his mum's garage? itsmedunc
Well, I have seen some crackers from Raygun Relics but this one takes the biscuit (groan). It makes me feel quite ill!
HowieBass
Interesting position of pickup cover. I wonder where they've hidden the string retainer.

Oopsdabassist
He made a great job of including the neckplate in the paintjob

JapanAxe
Currently at £3.20 - 'reserve not met'. I'd love to know what the reserve is!
lemmywinks
To be fair he has some ace Saturn games for sale, you'd think someone with the good sense to buy Space Harrier and Afterburner on the same disc would make better decisions when it comes to bass modding,

yorks5stringer
Well, in my experience if it smells like a turd, feels and looks like a turd, it usually is a turd.....
HowieBass
You can bet that they haven't a clue how to set a bass up as well; I can't believe it intonates correctly looking at the position of those saddles! madshadows
Oh dear another relic'd masterpiece ! Can't believe someone would even think they have done a good job with that John
icastle
My goodness! All the paint that's worn off has stuck to the back of the headstock. I never realised that's where it went.
skej21
Worst paint job ever. It looks like they haven't even bothered taking the neckplate or strap buttons off and just sprayed that too! Edited March 20, 2014 by skej21

Beedster
I managed to keep a straight face until I reached the shot of the back of the headstock ...
Yes, the paint-job is so bad that it distracts entirely from the somewhat postmodern approach to tuner selection. And he thinks it looks good? There really are some deluded f**kwits on eBay these days aren't there. I'm starting to see relic basses as equivalent to Rorshach Tests "OK, so you think it looks good do you. NURSE, BRING THE MEDS... AND QUICKLY"
lemmywinks
My goodness!
