Corvine
Anyone know how a Mooer Slow Engine sounds with a bass? Can only find guitar demos on youtube. Thanks!
Ant
i reckon it'll just sound the same, since its just the volume being controlled?
Sibob
I'm pretty interested in this too. Meant to try one at MusikMesse but didn't get around to it. I had a Boss Slow Gear for a while, which wasn't good with bass at all, although my ME-50b has a Slow Gear patch, which is brilliant. So, perhaps opposite to what we normally want, I'm hoping the Mooer is a digital approximation of the original effect (like the ME-50b) and not a full clone of the Boss. Corvine
Judging by the guitar demos I saw on youtube, the Slow Gear didn't sound as good as the Mooer, which seemed a bit more noticable and responsive.
dudewheresmybass
I've had mine for a couple of months now. It is awesome! Cello esque tones and beautiful swells mmmmmmm! . For the cash it is superb vfm. I lent mine to a guitarist mate, and he bought one before he used it for an hour. Says it all I think Edited March 24, 2014 by dudewheresmybass
